Local orders and deliveries

We'll see your amazon prime next day delivery and raise you free same day delivery, possibly even free same hour delivery, if you live in Wivenhoe that is and we've got what you ordered in stock.

If we haven't got what you want in stock, you can either order it from this here website, in which case the blurb below will apply to you, or order it in person and the above will apply just not on the same day, but you will still get free delivery.

Local orders can either be made in person, over the phone or from the special 'local orders' page on this website, however, that page won't always be available i.e. we have low stock.

Online orders and deliveries

If you order online, orders are normally dispatched within 10 working days. They are sent by courier (Interlink).

Delivery is £5 for your entire order.

If you think your garments have gone missing in transit / haven't been sent then call 01206 431234 and we'll sort it out.


If you decide you made a terrible mistake and no longer want a garment you have 14 days to bring or send it back and we'll give you a full refund, providing it looks like it hasn't been worn.

If you bought a garment and you believe it is defective in some way you also have 14 days to bring or send it back to us, along with why you think it is defective. We will either refund or replace according to your wishes.

In the case of online sales we will also refund the original postage element of the cost, but not the handling charge. You have to pay the return postage.

We adhere to the Consumer Contracts Regulations which subsumed the Distance Selling Regulations from 13 June 2014.
